Here at Superclub, we’re so sure you’ll love the game, that we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the return within 30 days upon arrival, and your item must be in acceptable condition and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at order@superclubgame.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The return cost is equal to the shipping rate you were charged when ordering. These costs will be deducted from the return amount. Also, keep in mind that the initial shipping charges will not be refunded.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, missing pieces, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

In the case of missing boardgame-pieces 

If the shipment is missing pieces, Superclub reserves the right to complete the original sending to its intended form before a refund is claimed. Any missing pieces of the board game/extension will be sent by mail.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. This process may take up to 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
