The manager folders
The manager folders are the most significant factor driving up our prices compared to some simpler games. They are made from custom-ordered, soft-touch, black-core paper normally used only in high-quality cards. You get 4 of these folders in Superclub and two more in the Top Six expansion, and they are gorgeous, practical, and essential to the playing experience.

We understand that Superclub is an investment, but you can be sure that it is a long-term one. It’s infinitely replayable and super high quality.

Returns and refunds

Here at Superclub, we’re so sure you’ll love the game, that we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the return within 30 days upon arrival, and your item must be in acceptable condition and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The return cost is equal to the shipping rate you were charged when ordering. These costs will be deducted from the return amount. Also, keep in mind that the initial shipping charges will not be refunded.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at immediately if the item is defective, missing pieces, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Such a bummer to hear! If the shipment is missing pieces, Superclub reserves the right to complete the original sending to its intended form before a refund is claimed. Any missing parts of the board game/extension will be sent by mail. Please get in touch with us at immediately.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. This process may take up to 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

We ship to Europe and North America from our warehouses in Germany, UK and Norway. Shipping time and cost will increase with distance. Outside the EU, UK, or Norway, import taxes may apply. Please consult your specific country’s rules and regulations regarding imports from the EU.

All orders are usually shipped within 48 hours after they have been placed.

Estimated shipping to EU, UK, and Norway is 3-7 business days. If you live outside of these countries, you may expect delivery within 1-3 weeks.

The tracking link can be found in the shipping confirmation you receive when the order is fulfilled. If you struggle to find the confirmation, please check your spam / junk inbox.
